Refunds are not available for items purchased during a sale.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not permitted once the courier has departed.
Condition and Tags
Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Exchange Duration
The exchange process may take up to 5 business days to complete.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Authorization
Please obtain a return authorization from our customer service before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international returns, which will not be refunded.
